^A largely uninhabited area of the country has fallen under attention of certain
^individuals. It is a perfect site for new houses to be build and people to live. 
^Therefore all of them are trying to use the situation for their advantage. All of
^them have a vision of a new world, a new village of totally different type than the
^other villages in the country. The first one to seek profit out of this situation
^is a charismatic leader named Greg Shaw. As he builds his house he tries to get
^followers. Shortly after an idealistic group, headed by Josephine Bracewell, appeared.
^They have a vision of a commune in which all people work together and take care of
^each other. Religion is neither en- as discouraged in the Commune.
^The national government fears the regional developments and sends Robert Gibbon as
^official mair to the region to take care of bussines. A young man, Steven Greenhorn,
^sees his chance and sets up a base for people who feel exiled, feared by the government
^for the occasional appearance of criminals. A group of followers of the philosopher
^Immanuel Kant also starts building in the area. Gypsies start to claim the area as final
^settling ground for their people. Natives are afraid they are missing out. Within no time
^seven groups of settlers appear and start making alliances and slowly they start developing
^contacts and technology to gain access to weaponry.

^Instructions: In this scenario you slowly fight for (relative or absolute) domination
^over the area. Each city is seen as a house and the city size is its number of inhabitants.
^Your troups will evolve from light to heavy armed ones.
